Yeah it must be premier league rules genoa bought Kevin prince from Pompey last year and loaned him straight away to ac so different rules for different leagues unless genoa where in a lower division but think they are both seria a teams

Caicedo didn't play for 3 teams in a season, just Levante and Lokomotiv. You have to actually play a competitive match for a club for it to count.

Its because you cant sign a player in one window and loan him out in the same window to another club in your division.
