It seems he didn't change to that one because if you read down the list of tweets a few days ago he was tweeting the "old" MCFC_bluemoon account. Why would he have a conversation between two accounts he owned?
Edit: Also it seems that this new ITK twitter is spending most of his time listing the players who WON'T be coming to City, lending even less credibility to the idea.
