install this little beauty, go to your site (or any with embedded video and sound) and choose mp3s to download. i got the one of the main site that autoplays when you go on, so i can email that to you. not got time to check the rest yet. you click the arrow next to the 3 spheres logo on the left of your firefox browser window.

open a new tab when youtube is on. type onlinevideoconverter.net then copy and paste the url of the video you want to convert in the box. download, then when it asks save it and daaaa-daaaaaaaaaaaa.
