Can anyone on here tell me how to enter a PUK code?

I've managed to lock my Virgin Mobile phone by using the wrong PIN number and now have a PUK code I need to enter. Do you know how I can do this? I can't find anything about it on the Virgin Mobile website. Ta very much for any help.

When i did this not long ago i went into the shop i bought the phone and as long as you know your phone number they can do it at the counter. Might be worth a try.

ring up your net work and it should give u the option to enter it

Thanks lads, it turned out I didn't need to enter the PUK code anyway!
