Just in case someone wants to time stamp my post!

I am awake at this time for my morning prays and I think you all know what I will be praying for :)

Like I said - its early and I will call my friends later this morning and update you all when I can.

Thank you

Weren't you the guy who was passing off that you were in UAE but had an IP address in Beswick? ;-)

I don't think you want to give some of the "doubting Thomas'" any ammunition but shouldn't the thread title be "Can I now say...

but

Can I now say - "TELL ME SOME FUCKING MORE"!!!

Re: Can I know say - "I TOLD YOU SO"

Just spoken to one of my contacts and yes the deal is much further than the media thinks, he confirmed what he told me weeks ago that they had met Kaka and his father weeks ago and laid the foundations of the deal.

Although the offer has been 'unofficially' rejected the club are under pressure by the manager and player, Cooke has used a simple approach - take what we are offering as if we come back in summer we will pay much less!

Bloody hell I am excited now!

PS: I did say we are advanced stages with Villa and his representatives always commented on who he would like to play with - Kaka was one of the names!

This backs up my previous posts when I said we had made major approaches to some of the worlds leading players saying 'would you join us if we signed other world class players"

Time to get ready, and I think this calls for a drive to Abu Dhabi for some Tea, Shisha and a chat :)

Re: Can I know say - "I TOLD YOU SO"

Ajay, first of all thanks for all the info. Do you happen to know the details of the proposal, is it true that we are paying AC 100 M as claimed by the paper?

has the media reported its been ejected?

A couple of the media outlets have quoted that the offer has been initially rejected but there is no official club statement yet, I am told the club will not make a statement until they have discussed this further later later with all parties involved - all parties include the player, his father and City club officials.
