Can you sit and stand up without using your hands

I can fall down without using my hands... and have done frequently - last time was Sunday night, backwards off a garden wall, into some fucker's paved garden

A Turkish get-up?

Was that Jason Statham's wardrobe in Snatch?

As for a kettle bell... I've got a kettle that whistles, will that do?
Haha, yeah, just make sure it’s not just whistled!

Nowt outlandish about the movements of this, it’s a move that everyone should be able to do fairly easily.

It’s like being able to walk up a flight of stairs without getting out of breath at all - something everyone up to old age should be able to do.

We need to look after ourselves much more than we do as a nation, things like standing up from a chair without using our hands should be something only the very elderly shouldn’t be able to do.

True

Far too many are content to abuse themselves,in the knowledge a pill might counter their issues or the NHS will pick up the bill.

A bit more respect and responsibility for yourself and everyone benefits.

Run 20ft of string out in your garden/patio/yard ( snake style/ washing line will do)...then walk it ( feet placed on it) slow.. one foot at a time...till its easy...then do it backwards..till its easy then find somewhere to walk backwards for distance...till its easy...then sprint backwards ( or up hill)
