no chance, my temper is too short, i cant handle the banter from them.
This is exactly why i can't do it, either. I know full well I'd steam in at the first f****r in a rag shirt that I see.

Wish it wasn't like this. I've got into so much trouble over the years through my habit of battering rags but I genuinely cannot help myself.
If they're pleasant enough people then I'd just rather not be in their company, because I know full well what's likely to happen and I won't want to fall out with them.
But if they're like the majority of rag fans that I know (mouthy little f*****s who wouldn't knw the swamp if it fell on their deformed heads) then I'd have to take it upon myself to punish them - severely.

Some things just have to be done.

I can if it's aload of rags I don't know, but not really with rags who are also mates.

Watched the derby the other year when we got beat 2-0 (think it was last year when Rooney scored just before half time and then Tevez scored in second half), and it was me and another two City fan with 3/4 rag mates, ended up in a massive argument with them all game and for hour or so drive home from the pub.

I watched the 4-3 this season in a pub near me uni with a mix of both sets of fans(it was a City pub though), and didn't have a problem with it as I was far too outraged by the added time fiasco.

After going to the first leg and having my gf trying to persuade me to go to our SU to watch it there, theres noway in hell in sittin' in an SU with aload of mouthy rag twats shoutin' shit the whole game, therefore I think it's either back to the City pub or watch it in me uni house.

Remember watching the derby when Barton equalised with about 5 minutes to go in bar in Corfu full of Reds. It was awesome when Barton scored. Me and my Dad made far more noise than all the rags when they took the lead. Even the Greek barman was wearing a complete United kit...tw*t

i could not watch the derby with rags anywhere near me
my fuse is far too short
i even got in bother watching the second half of the CL final last year in a bar in greece, had about thirty scum fans in my face wanting to know why i was cheering messi's header!

Wednesday, it's either watch the match at a rag house, or not watch at all. The pub's closed for re-development, and better to go to a geek rag's house than down at the taxi rank, where they're all effing red. Will need a good, hot, cleansing soak in the bath when I'm through with the ordeal. Soiled!

Yes, I am. In fact I went to OT with him 2 years ago when we won. It's even better to be watching with them now because, think about it, we are on the up, no question about it. We have the better players despite what the utd fan on football debate thinks, we've got the better team, and probably more importantly, we have the better manager, tactically. I can't wait for tomorrow night. This is the most eagerly awaited derby I can remember and I go back to the days of 1963 when we could go in at 3/4 time for free. I've been through the mill lads and I'm still here, supporting the Blues and this is now our time; payback for all those barren years. BELIEVE because I do
