Can't Buy Tickets For Napoli Home Game

Just to let people know, I have a spare ticket for the Napoli home game. I can't make it unfortunately as I'm on holiday! Should be a great game though, with a good atmosphere. I'm not looking to make a profit on it. I've joined the cup scheme this year so I'm just looking to make enough back to cover the face value! Does anyone know how much is debited from your account for CL games by the way?

The seat should either be in east stand level 2, or colin bell stand level 2 (although not gauranteed as I've had an email from city claiming that my seat may have to be relocated for this game). I will arrange for my father to meet whoever buys the ticket outside the ground on match day.

If interested please contact me Thanks,
Craig

Still not letting me, what a fucking joke! And I've tried ringing them, rings for abit then cuts off. Wasters!

Hi guys I have this problem.

I had to create a new membership number because there was a problem with my old one so I had to start a fresh.

I want to get a ticket for the napoli ticket and I thought looking at the price a few of my mates would like to come. They jumped at the chance so I had to get them to get their own supporter number.

After getting all that sorted I was going to buy my ticket yesterday because I have the match ticket priority but when I got to it I needed 60 loyalty points (it didn't say that before) so I couldn't purchase (only have 50 points).

i thought its ok i'll just buy tomorrow (today) and when I went on to it today you need 60 points to buy them! (again it didn't say that before). My mates have gone onto the site and they can't buy any tickets either.

Help needed please? Has anyone else had this problem?

Maybe thats why then.... I can buy mine (I have well over 60 points) but my girlfriend only has 20 points... I guess thats why it wont let me buy for her then. Why don't they say that instead of saying she has exceeded tickets for this game. Idiots I swear

My point exactly.

If they had stated all week that you needed a certain amount of points for general sale I wouldn't have bothered pissing about trying to get my mates registered.

not happy at all.

Still the same - can only buy a ticket for myself, get an error message when I try to buy for nominated friends / family! Come on City get it sorted

you can only buy napoli tickets if you have purchased a ticket from the ground in the past.

Your friends and family will need 60 points as well as you. That's how I interpret it anyway. Don't think it has got anything to do with any web-site bugs

Maybe the selling criteria will be relaxed nearer the time.

You could always ring (open till 9pm on a Sunday I think) if you want to confirm what the problem is

Once they go on open sale anyone with a season card can buy a paper tickets I presume? That's what happened last season for the Europa games

from the OS

advising that only supporters who have previously purchased a ticket for a game held at the Etihad Stadium will be eligible to purchase tickets for this fixtureTickets will be available online at mcfc.co.uk/tickets, by telephone on 0161 444 1894 option 1* and to personal callers at the ticket office above the City Store at the Etihad Stadium for supporters that meet the following criteria:

Does that mean they have to have personally bought a ticket themselves. If so how would a child get a ticket for this game??

i'm hazarding a guess 'purchasing a ticket' doesn't mean personally parting with the cash themselves in front of two independent witnesses
but i could be wrong

So if no one knows a city supporter with a season card of any sort thats been to the stadium he has zero chance of going!?

on open sale - 60 loyalty points needed though, had the same issue trying to get my bro a ticket (me and my dad are ok though! 200 points)

i would say so

I can understand the ticket office wanting to give fans with a ticketing history first chance to get a ticket but if that policy remains how on earth does it help us attract new fans.
We will end up with thousands of unsold seats and loads of potential new fans lost.
I was going to take my 8 year old nephew to his first game and my son wanted to take his girlfriend. Under the present rules they can not get tickets for the Napoli game but they can for Everton. They both have Blue Cards but only got them this season and do not have the required 60 points.
Only at City!!

if you are seasoncard holder you can buy them for them

Well if your a new fan you should buy a league cup tickets and fa cup tickets to get your points up! If you've never been to city and all of a sudden you want a champion league ticket there's a bit of glory hunting going on. Get down to the other cup games I say ;-)
