"......smiles by miles and millions of miles"

Actually, it was 'millions of miles and blue smiles'.....sadly I know this because I just watched it again for about the 15th time on MOTD....

Thought I hadn't got it quite right:

'millions of miles and blue smiles' is better!

I'm off to watch it again!

Just try and keep your face straight when he says it, impossible!!

The comment may have been from the live match commentary, but I remember something along the lines of: "Many people are saying the gap is closing between United and City, but City fans will tell you that it's getting bigger". Brilliant.

Oh that one was awesome!

Dzeko's 1 liner in the interview after the QPR game, Compliments to QPR its our toughest away match so far this season hahahahahaha

On Sky after number 4 went in, Alan Smith said;

''Yeah; time to pack up and go home, I think.''

And in the build up to Merlin's goal;

''They could turn defeat into humiliation here. It's Silva; it's five!''

And after Ed bangs in the sixth;

''It is six! Six of the best for Manchester City. United not just beaten; humiliated!''

On Sky when the fourth went in the commentator said, "manchester uniteds humiliation is complete" so I used it as my facebook status.
Two minutes later I commented on it by putting, "sorry for the inaccuracy" :)

The best one was by John Champion. I was sitting, laughing in delight at 3am Sydney time, and went the 6th one went in he said this:

"It couldn't be 6 could it? It could be you know! A seismic day in english football! Regime change, power shift, call it what you like, but this is totally unexpected, and truly spectacular!"

I've been repeating that line for weeks now.

What about Twitcher junior after the game. Ed Chamberlain asked him how big a statement had City made and Redknapp replied;

''How big a statement? Well; I can't think of a bigger one in Premier League history, put it that way''.
