I'm not religious but I like visiting religious buildings. Wonderful spaces some of them. Great architecture, very calming. Good places to sit and have a think. Plenty around here. As 70's kids, we'd get the bus into town and have a mooch. You could just walk in to places like the Hidden Gem or Church of the Holy Name. Another great one is the synagogue on Cheetham Hill Road.

Nuance is dead as it stands.

Simply asking Alexa, Chat GPT, Google etc. gives a definitive answer each time that gives the searcher confidence that they’re right without any actual knowledge.

What that has in store for life moving forwards is yet to be seen.

Not sure I agree. Guess what you mean by top tier. Definitely in the top ten imo.

Winchester is another one that I left off and probably nudges Canterbury out too.

Peterborough worth a shout too, although not in top ten imo.
