Capital One Cup Draw tonight, who do you want?

Either way wat ever team we put out we should win our second string is still good enough. We have to win this game and go to the next round it's a decent cup to win every competition we should be going in to win it..
 
Not too upset with that: a chance to eliminate another Premiership team. Everyone who wants a ticket will get one. Even if we get knocked out, it's the best round to go out in. Away game means people on the cup scheme don't have to pay for a ticket if they don't want to go etc...

I can't see us taking this competition too seriously, it isn't priority and might be seen as a distraction to a manager who's won it in the past.

I read your post, I was just stating Bony would definitely play if that was the team. I believe they are talented enough but I dont think that front 4 has enough physicality, if you wanted youth players in, i'd play:

Clichy----Otamendi-------Demi------Maffeo

--------------------Willy--------------------------

I like Garcia thought he was impressive in pre-season but i'm not sure he would be ready for the role behind the striker quite yet. However Barker and Roberts would be good enough as wingers and Maffeo could play if Zaba was still out.

My Granny could get past Coates and she has been deed for yonks! Not that I don't rate him. Dunno why it is but I don't feel confident with him in the side.

With our side and with the defense we have I think 3 or 4 would flatter us. I really do think we have the weakest and poorest defensive players in the PL. I can't think of many players in defensive positions for us who are any good. Vergini can be good but he is out on loan. If a defense can find it hard to keep out a League 2 side then I don't fancy our chances against your youth players who I personally rate.
 
Just had a text from a Sunderland fan who says it's £10 adults £5 concessions for the tickets!! Brilliant news surely?

And he also says that it's definitely Tuesday and we have been allocated 5K tickets. Could be a decent night and a decent crowd.
