I don't think Willy realised that Yaya's was the winner. Having said that neither did I.
Do me a favour! He has been poor but fair play that was great today!Let me just simply say, all those who showed a great deal of disrespect towards Willy Caballero and Manuel Pellegrini before the game, should be ashamed of yourselves. Saving 3 penalties in a final and 4 in a week!!!! Typical City but that shows real mental strength, especially when we were robbed of another penalty. Thank you City for giving us another cup and always remember support your team, your players and your manager because they know a damn sight more than you.
I'm one , and boy am I happy to eat it .. Well done willy and Pellers ...There is going to be some fat bastards around with all the humble pie being eaten
Okay, I'm quite emotional right now. I amannative Aberdonian and am a season ticket holder atAberdeen but have also been a city fan for 40 years now. Over the past several weeks both my teams have been fuckedoverbyrefereeing decisions including yesterday at Pittodrie and today atWembley so I was getting totally pissed off at that cheating prick Oliver and Sky commentators salivating at the prospect of a red dipper win but today justice was done. My wife (who I have converted to the City cause) comedown to watch a game at the Etihad twice a season ( my first wife is a United fan so you can see why we divorced) and we both love Manchester the Old Wellington pub especially.Mix of emotions, chuffed with the win, chuffed that Willy got to be the hero after all the stick people gave him and equally relieved Liverpool didn't win. Lets beat them on Wednesday too, we owe them a pasting.
