Don't think Liverpool will be overly tired after this. Still very early in the season. It may work in their favour if anything. They always say it takes a few games to get up to full match sharpness. This workout will be an extra game to the scum.

Now the lack of defenders however is a bit more of a problem.

Extra shooting practice, god knows we needed it.

We played better with 10 men as Johnson/Ibe/Sterling stopped trying to dribble every time they had the ball - we played our natural passing game and created the spaces.

You're right - we won't be tired for the Scum match but we will be missing Toure, looked like a bad injury...We either have a Skrtel whose not had a pre-season or a Wisdom who will get MULLERED by RVP. Humdinger...

Manager played the right team for me though, you can't legislate for injuries

Oi...we was robbed last year, twice! Shelvey sent off when that cnut Evans should have gone.

We'll see, be a struggle with the issues we've got defensively...I'd pay anything for Sakho to arrive and be medicalled and registered in time for the match...some debut game that :)

We always do good against them at Home. Last seasons performance at Old Trafford was one of the worse performances I've seen though
