What a farce. If Carabao's idea behind getting maximum exposure was to balls everything up so that everybody is laughing at them but crucially talking about them then fairplay, it's genius and it's worked. If it's not, they're an absolute shambles.

Nobody wants to watch the draw live anyway, just pull out balls from a hat randomly and tell us the ties.
