Queues kick in automatically when the site gets busy, I was told today.
To be honest, the queue earlier (big queue before the new "window" opened at 3pm) went in less than a minute and the selection/ordering/paying, just about everything with Friends & Family, even the Twitter response from @ mancityhelp was a million times better than last season. Credit where it's due for the next City Matters meeting, @Prestwich_Blue

You can go on and buy them now it’s just no drop in criteria until Monday morning. It’s always like this for all aways (never a drop over the weekend)But why not?

I know that mate.You can go on and buy them now it’s just no drop in criteria until Monday morning. It’s always like this for all aways (never a drop over the weekend)
I went on at 8.25 on Wednesday morning to get an Everton ticket, but I couldn’t access the site due to the queue management system.
It’s never done that before.
