I reckon we'll stick to the 'cheap tickets for early rounds' policy. I doubt that either club will be fielding full strength teams tbh.

If I know anything about Pep, he'll put out a strong team (perhaps a couple of youngsters). Firstly, because he respects the competition, as he's shown over and over; second, because you can say what you like, but it's always good to put down a marker against one of your main league rivals in one of the cup competitions. He'll go strong. As for Chelsea, no idea.
