The European games are played over 2 weeks and the clubs only have a one week gap so have to take turns.

Bending over backwards to accomodate clubs like City.

We have that deep joy from 5pm tomorrow. We will get a shit draw as usual with all our hard away ties coinciding with difficult PL away games on the preceeding and following game weeks.

This rule, however will not apply to the Dippers. Watch the space tomorrow.

Remember coming out the station on my own as quite early as had to get a train from Sheffield.

Taxi to Brighouse.

Train to Brighouse possible too, and not that close a connection, then Victoria. Slower than the Leeds trains but a viable option.

Because the Champions League and Europa League kick off in mid-September, the EFL have decided to separate teams playing in Europe to ensure they can play on at least one of those midweeks.
