Don't think it works like that. The six seeded teams are in bowl 1 and the rest in bowl 2. They will draw bowl 1 teams first v someone in bowl 2. After 6 ties are drawn the remaining bowl 2 teams can be drawn against each other.So if (unlikely I know) the last six balls to be drawn are the six european sides what happens then...4 at home , 2 away ???
