A Cardiff fan bleating ?

That's lovely for you isn't it?

How wonderfully stereotypical you nasally speaking mutt.

Get out of it you tart. Even your national treasure pretends to be a Yank.

Land of the Arseholes.

You've never heard me speak Sherlock.

You haven't got a clwyd.

Seldom do I feel the need to register an account to another teams forum.

I think that this is the second time I've done it after signing up to a Watford forum last year.

Manchester City was I club that I have had some respect for over years, partially from the football that you played during the Colin Bell days but probably more due to the fact that you were the "real Manchester" team.

This thread however has really saddened me.
Cardiff Fans are Scum, Welsh folk are Mutton Shaggers, They are stuck in the 70, s etc etc.

I am going to generalise now as well.
If this thread is a fair reflection of your fanbase, then two thirds of Man City Fans are Johnny Come Lately, easily offended pussies.

Do these fans actually do awaydays?
Are they now just fanatical (Never stood on the Kippax) newbies that started loving Man City when Middle East oil started paying for David Silva etc?

Do they remember the Guvnor's kicking off at every given opportunity.

Do they remember the infamous Moss Side welcome that away fans received?

Did they display indignation at the fact that thirty odd "lads" beat on families and scarfers in Cardiff back in August?

Probably not is my guess.

Times move on and rightly so, but the amount of faux outrage on here is shocking.
Especially since 20 odd lads jumped and seriously hurt 3 CCFC fans who were walking back to their car.

We may go back down to the championship and to be honest it wouldn't bother me.
At least I (with the exception of Watford), wouldn't have to read such hyperbole when visiting another teams forum.
Of course that's a club who couldn't even get 7,000, just a quarter of the 28,000 attendance we had in the third tier (a year later than when we had it), has 121 banning orders (the most in the Premier League) which is two-and-a-half times as many as us. No, the police have got it wrong and are picking on you. Oh, and the BBC got it wrong when they made a documentary about Cardiff's Soul Crew.

Go on, if Cardiff aren't well known for hooliganism, tell me why the much smaller club has far more banning orders, and again, I reiterate, the most of any Premier League club. Did Bluemoon police infiltrators get you all those banning orders? Did Bluemoon insiders in the BBC make the Soul Crew documentary?

I think you're missing his point slightly. There are many fans on here that have generalised and prejudiced other fans because of either their reputation or where they are from. Having read many of the posts on here there is a slight air of arrogance - we're a bigger club, better fans etc. Basically his point is regardless of reputation, not every Cardiff fan is a dick. And he's right.

Never realised the thread was to be taken seriously..............sorry.

Here was me thinking it was usual Footie piss taking not a parliamentary debate based on actual facts.

His point seems to be that we are as bad as them. Facts say otherwise. Sad day for him.

No, not every Cardiff fan is a dick, that would go for the majority of all fanbases most likely. However, Cardiff does have a bigger knobhead minority than any other club in the country. They are the club with the most banning orders:

  1. Cardiff, 121
  2. Chelsea, 110
  3. Rags, 91
  4. Leeds, 72
  5. Millwall, 65
Are these not the clubs with hooligan reputations? Doesn't it show they have been earned? Doesn't it show that people have a right to criticise these clubs for being worse than others?

If you ever want to meet the real dregs of any society, then hang around with the local football club's away support.
Every club has some knob head supporters, many of which are right unsavoury characters, and they nearly all go to away games. The simply stand out more in an away end, being padded out with many fewer "decent" football-going folk. There have been plenty of times when I've found myself amongst some right horrible bastard blues at away games and have been ashamed to be considered part of the same group. I wouldn't like to be tarred with the same brush as those muppets, so tend not to think along the lines of "so-and-so fans are all...blah...blah...blah.."

"I can smell fucking ENGLISH"........................we wash you twats!

Just watched that video.....
Disgusting, disgraceful and totally depressing.
What ever happened to Hamman?

To be honest I wasn't at the game so I can't really speak for the people that were. However, just because you're a fan of the same team as a bunch of trouble making tw*ts doesn't mean to say everyone is. I know plenty of really nice, normal people who support Cardiff and have met a few arse holes in my time as well. If you think that your club is full of angels then you really are stuck up yourselves. All football teams have good and bad fans.

And to be honest, I don't care if we go down, I'd still carry on going to games to support my local team, as I did when we were sh*t.

And to the guy who said something about 'it's lucky you have Swansea to represent wales' have you ever been to Swansea?! !

Oh God - here we go again - Worst Fan Top Trumps.
Anyone with a modicum of common sense would see that every club has it's share of idiots, and that this share will be pro-rata to their attendance.
Which is a rational explanation as to why the rags have more idiots than anyone else.

There's rarely, if ever, trouble at Arsenal yet they attract 60,000 each time. Who has the more notorious element of Stoke, Leeds, Millwall and Cardiff or West Brom, Nottingham Forest, Charlton and Norwich? Similarly sized clubs but a completely different set of circumstances. Agreed that there's lots of idiots at U****d. I fail to walk past anyone in those colours without thinking something unpleasant about them.
