Cardiff tickets

Tickets for our Premier League away game at Cardiff will be on sale from 9am on Wednesday 29 August.

The Club has received an allocation of 3,000 tickets for our Premier League game away at the Cardiff City Stadium, which kicks-off at 3pm on Saturday, September 22nd.

The tickets are priced as follows:

Adults: £30.00
Seniors 60+: £25.00
16-21: £20.00
Under 16: £15.00

The following groups will receive an allocation of tickets for this match: Supporters, Seasonal Hospitality Supporters, Football Management, Players, Club Partners and the MCFC Supporters Club.

Qualifying sales criteria
Tickets will be available online at www.mancity.com/tickets, by telephone on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1) and in-person at the Ticket Office located on the first floor of the City Store at the Etihad Stadium for supporters that meet the following criteria;

 Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard with 22,000 or more ticket points – Wednesday 29th August at 9am
 Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard with 21,000 or more ticket points – Wednesday 29th August at 3pm
 Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard with 20,000 or more ticket points – Thursday 30th August at 10am
 Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard with 19,500 or more ticket points – Thursday 30th August at 3pm
 Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard with 19,000 or more ticket points – Friday 31st August at 9am
 Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard with 18,500 or more ticket points – Friday 31st August at 3pm
 Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard with 18,000 or more ticket points – Monday 3rd September at 9am
 Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard with 17,500 or more ticket points – Monday 3rd September at 3pm
 Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard with 17,000 or more ticket points – Tuesday 4th September at 9am
 Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard with 16,500 or more ticket points – Tuesday 4th September at 3pm
 Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard with 16,000 or more ticket points – Wednesday 5th September at 9am
 Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard with 15,500 or more ticket points – Wednesday 5th September at 3pm
 Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard with 15,000 or more ticket points – Thursday 6th September at 10am
 Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum, Gold or 93:20 Seasoncard with 14,500 or more ticket points – Thursday 6th September at 3pm

anyone else have problem buying ticket on-line ? did the usual went to pay, clicked it, nothing, tried 2 or 3 times from start, wouldn't let me pay. had to ring up club and had to pay £2.50 booking charge which seriously hacks me off. if the system isn't working booking charges shouldn't apply.

Just had exactly the same problem using Internet Explorer, had to switch to Chrome to buy the tickets. All our websites are a pile of shite.
