I tell you what though, Vieira has just climbed another notch in my estimation. The more I see/hear of him behind the scenes the more I want city to tie him down to a 30 year coaching contract!

As professional sportsmen, the players should have really got something out of listening to Carl. The knowledge he can pass on to other athletes is invaluable. He was someone with a Winning Mentality™.

How about, "I always expected to win and when I didn't I went back to find out what went wrong and tried to fix it."

TBH I didn't think it was that bad. Yes, he was leaning his head against the wall, but it wasnt as if he was looking around looking bored. He was still watching and listening
