In Spain this type of case (under 2 year sentence) literally offers option of fine or the sentence. As he likely has 9 figures in the bank he shall clearly pay the fine and be done with it. Tbf makes sense in a way to stop jails being over populated. There is therefore 0% chance he will see inside of a cell.
