possibly because we get really good coaches in, they are sought after coaches ,they work with probably the best coach out there for a few years and they are ambitious, cant stop them, cant fault them, keeps pep on his toes as well, new face new ideasSeems to have made a difference on set pieces so it's a loss. I can't blame them for moving on to bigger things and without downplaying his own abilities it just goes to show how desperate all clubs are to have anybody who has even touched Pep invovled in their club. I do wonder how Pep feels about losing his staff fairly regularly though, I'm sure he's happy for them all to get a shot at bigger things but he must find it annoying having to replace them regularly.
