Carlos Vicens is not leaving after all

Seems to have made a difference on set pieces so it's a loss. I can't blame them for moving on to bigger things and without downplaying his own abilities it just goes to show how desperate all clubs are to have anybody who has even touched Pep invovled in their club. I do wonder how Pep feels about losing his staff fairly regularly though, I'm sure he's happy for them all to get a shot at bigger things but he must find it annoying having to replace them regularly.
possibly because we get really good coaches in, they are sought after coaches ,they work with probably the best coach out there for a few years and they are ambitious, cant stop them, cant fault them, keeps pep on his toes as well, new face new ideas

Set piece specialist apparently. He educated our players so his job is done. Now he can move on to try and vervalt career as a head coach. I wish him all the luck.

And we move on as we have been doing whenever a member of the coaching staff leaves. It happened quite frequently.

I wondered if we would be tempted to bring back Enzo Maresca, who was brilliant with our EDS, but apparently CFG are planning to install him at Palermo when they take over the Italian club.
Just as long as we don’t promote Gareth Taylor I’m sure we can unearth another coaching gem, either from within the existing set-up or perhaps even the CFG
