Goading someone whilst driving, particularly with a child in the car, should count as a road traffic offence, plus there's using a phone while driving. Hopefully this idiot gets a fine and ban.

So let me get this right we are saying spitting at a 14 year old isn't as bad as the driver recording? Not defending it but you see people on their phones every single day, I don't often see people spitting from car to car.

I watched it twice so may be wrong here but the recording is off the motorway isn't it? Again that doesn't make it right but people try and make it sound worse that he was bombing it at 100mph on the motorway with no regard for his daughters welfare. Slight exaggeration but is probably because he is a rag. I hope both face punishment and I imagine Carragher will come off worse which would indicate which offence is worse..........

Spitting has never killed or seriously injured anyone. driving whilst filming sideways and not concentrating on the road has. I know you see people on their phones every day, usually thought they are looking straight ahead, this small brained idiot isn't otherwise Carragher would not be in full shot. He is driving and filming which is just about as stupid as you can get, well to most people it is anyway.
