Think the ref s decision is final. Dont think they have a panel sitting as the premier do. Not sure what your getting your knickers in a twist about anyway. IMO keep them in the competition as long as possible, after all they are just as much a threat to the 3rd place as Spurs IMO, look at their remaining fixtures.
