agree with the majority on here, would be a class signing, even at 31, an intelligent ball player who passes the ball out of defence rather than hoofs it forward. His style of play would compliment our team with the midgets up front we currently have, giving us a chance to build from the back rather than watch the ball come straight back at us. lacks a bit of pace, but put him alongide Ned/Vince then we have the makings of a quality back 5.

He would be a great buy. Im not sure if his age puts me off though, I know hes not the oldest but if City have this long term plan of building a squad then shouldnt we be buying players of a similar age an letting them grow as a team? However he would bring a level head to the back four.

31 is fine! He could have a 4 year contract no problems, providing injuries stay away and the price is right.
For me he is the best defender in the league.
