CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

Yes we got away with it. Due to UEFA nor keeping watch on the time scale for bringing charges against us. That is what most of the papers will say tomorrow. They will not say that we were set free by CAS, even if CAS said that a fine of almost £9 million says we were not totally forth coming with UEFA.

Now the question us fans will want to know is, are the Board of Manchester City now going after all those papers who published libel articles about the club. Me on a personnel level will say yes. let's go after them and sue them for as much money as we can get.

The number 1 paper is Der Speigel with the Editor, the Journalist, and the Board of Directors all of them in line. If this bankrupts some of them then so be it. Then we should go after all the British papers as well. This after all will help with our FFP in the future.
The club should at least send them all a warning letter. No more libel. No more slander. We are sick of the shitheads.

Where there is discord, may we bring harmony. Where there is error, may we bring truth. Where there is doubt, may we bring faith. And where there is despair, may we bring hope.
As long as you're not quoting Thatcher, that's fine.

It is with very little regret that I must advise that McKenna has gone off the deep end.

I'm fairly certain that the prevention of some material being admissible would be UEFA rules, not anything much to do with City apart from pointing it out.
And 'clearly guilty'? Oh dear.
