A friend of mine found out from a colleague or friend that she had come across my friend's boyfriend on Tinder. My friend is quite hot-headed and so confronted him, an argument ensued and they broke up.

Turned out that someone had just nicked his photos off Facebook (those 'top 5' ones that are public) and used his name. Apparently the description (i.e. hobbies and interests) didn't resemble him in the slightest!

Needless to say, she was full of apology but the damage had been done (as a lot of things were said in that heated argument). Relationship ruined. Pretty horrible thing to have happened.
