- Napoli to offer Cavani a new deal... probably in vain.
- Cavani must decide in the next 15 days whether to stay or go.
- Cavani's release clause expires on August 10th.
- No club has yet shown the willingness to pay the release clause.
- Cavani/Dzeko swap deal again mentioned as a possible outcome.

With both having a high work rate surely the best outcome would be 2 interchangeable strikers creating space and chances for each other
