Celtic thread 2020/21

Might as well be Rangers.

In the 5-0 the following season:
Celtic: Gordon, Lustig, Boyata, Ajer, Tierney, Ntcham, Brown, Forrest, Rogic, McGregor, Edouard.
Rangers: Alnwick, Tavernier, McCrorie, Martin, Halliday, Holt, Dorrans, Candeias, Windass, Murphy, Cummings.

Today...
Celtic: Bain, Kenny, Welsh, Ajer, Laxalt, Brown, McGregor, Christie, Turnbull, Elyounoussi, Edouard.
Rangers: McGregor, Balogun, Goldson, Helander, Barisic, Kamara, Davis, Aribo, Hagi, Morelos, Kent.

The hoops really have got complacent. That's without even the era of Van Dijk and Denayer or the likes of Izaguirre, Kolo, Forster, Dembele being around those squads as well.
I wish I had realised we got complacent these last ten years. Would have saved me a lot of pain.

John Joe Kenny under no pressure at all around the halfawy line decides to kick it back to the keeper, overhits it out for a corner
Another Prem player comes up to find he's not that much better than what we have. As soon as he made a **** of it I knew they would score. I think it was a penalty and VAR would have awarded it, he had a shot on no need to fall. But, fuck it.

What? You seriously thought that was a penalty?

One of them 50/50 decisions.
You could argue you could have no complaints if given or not.
Looked a stonewall penalty at first. After replay i was not sure what the correct decision would have been.

We are talking about the 1 he got booked for diving aren't we?

I was 50/50 on that one to be honest.

Wanted to see Rangers concede a penalty but I didn't want Celtic getting one.

Hard times.

Welcome back, we've missed yiur charm..
I thought the past few weeks would’ve been too easy. It’s been humiliating for you to have not won 10 in a row when Rangers were missing for 4 years and you were awarded 1 of them.

Alternatively, a brand new club have overtaken you within a decade of their existence.

I can assure you I'm not humiliated. Hate to disappoint you, but me being humiliated because a dead club win the league? Are you mental? I would need to be. You won, get over yourself.

I saw advert for the coming Rangers 150th Birthday Party.

It's bound to be fucking brilliant, you have 140 years to plan it.

I didn’t win anything. I tire of telling you that I don’t support Rangers.

So a 9 year old club took on all of Scotland and dry bummed them? An incredible achievement you must admit.

It was almost miraculous, almost, I'm an atheist I don't believe in miracles. But they did jolly well.
