Thought I'd see somebody had some information when I saw OP sigh back to waiting on ticket office.

I phoned up on Monday to ask and was told it was being emailed tomorrow (Tuesday) before 17:30! I have not received mine yet, but that is our ticket office all over. How many emails do they need to send?

We may get it tomorrow, we may get it Monday, we may get it some time in between. We might get a letter in the post.

Agreed - but it does not alter the fact communication is shit and having to pick it up in Glasgow on the day of the game is crap when you are working until lunch time and you will be on the last minute to get to the game.

Those surveys are probably restricted to the 'corporate' clientele and tourists as they seem to be the market now for away games.

They assume we wait around in the house for our letters and tickets to arrive, they don't think for one minute we have lives and are not always around
Late posting out of Swansea tickets, last minute emails, still not received my Spurs tickets yet.
Meeting up tomorrow with my mate to pass on his Spurs tickets, no sign of them yet.

That's the standard away section at Parkhead, If you're more than halfway up that section there's a huge big pillar obstructs your view of the far end goal.

These are usually sold as restricted view at around £5 cheaper than non restricted view tickets
