Amazed that people are surprised by this. Scottish football is of a very poor standard, hence the team that wins the title (invariably Celtic or Rangers) don't ever play at a level good enough for the CL. Hence whenever they meet anyone half-decent (and that's being generous to Braga), they inevitably lose. Take the old firm matches as an example; take away the atmosphere (which is red hot to be fair) and the actual quality of football on show is very poor (championship level at best). If they ever did get into the prem, and I can't see it ever happening, they would struggle big time.

dont get me wrong i think hooper is a decent player who pretty much kept scunny up last season. however, 3 million is a bloody joke (although compared to flo with rangers a bargain) and terrible value for money. 19 championship goals isnt the sort of player who is ripping up trees

Reading on a forum over here, Celtic got the easiest draw open to them.
