I'd spend £75m for Eric Dier.
Him and Stones as long term Pep CBs would be great for City and England
John Stones was awful the season before we bought him to be fair. I think Pep would be more likely to look at individual attributes and whether he could do what he wants rather than how well they're playing under their current manager. That's why I can't see us buying defenders from Burnley despite their defence being good, because that's more down to the system.He was dire against us though. Pun unintended. Doublt Pep would've taken a fancy after seeing that up close.

To be fair everybody is crap against us now.
He can move the ball well, can defend when required and knows how to play in a positional play system. Could cover CB and midfield though I think his long term is at CB.

Having said that, I don't see how Dier has suddenly become worth £75m. Can't believe he's still only 23 though.
