Not really arsed about this as he's no better than what we have
Surprising move.
I don't think anyone could foresee Barcelona actively trying to sell Fabregas after last Summer when they were trying to keep him, and then it seems only Chelsea were in for him, which is stranger still when Utd need a player like that. I am sure he would have gone to Utd if they had bid for him.
I'd have been excited to see him at City, but I am not sure he is better than Nasri or Jovetic, and certainly not Silva.
Be interesting to see how next season unfolds at Chelsea. They sold Mata because he didn't fit into Mourinho's game-plan

Yup, especially when Arsenal were not interested in re-signing the player and Chelsea off-loading Mata in January and having Hazard in the side already.
