11.2M ain't bad at all. Maybe a solid sell on will be included.

£11.2M and he’s on his last year. Our academy is a brilliant way of making easy money.
Or integration to their first team.Tbh, it's really showing the value of loans. Look how much Chelsea and Liverpool recoup from academy sales after successful loan deals.
Has to be the right loan to the right club, though. Nmecha was fairly poor at every club he went to until the Anderlecht move kickstarted his career again. We finally seem to be getting better at selecting the right club for the right players at the right time eg Rogers at Lincoln, Fiorini at NAC Breda. Others have disappeared after barely being played at Girona for exampleTbh, it's really showing the value of loans. More likely 10m+ sell on/add on fees. Plus the few million we would have made in loan fees since he started going out on loan.
Not bad for someone with 12mths left.
Sheffield United could be a good fit.Swansea, Fulham and Blackburn play the best football of this lot so would probably be the best destination for him. Forget the long ball outfits like Boro and Cardiff

I thoughtBarnsley were pretty direct and physical from the couple of times I watched them tbfI’d add West Brom to the list as they’ve appointed the Barnsley manager.
Mad pressers though. That aspect would be useful. They massively overachieved given their squad.I thoughtBarnsley were pretty direct and physical from the couple of times I watched them tbf
Yeah they were great, mate of mine is a Barnsley fan, he was gutted when Ismael leftMad pressers though. That aspect would be useful. They massively overachieved given their squad.
If not for something of an 'Indian summer' in regards his form, both domestically on loan and for the German u21's,we would not have achieved the amount we have - he has blossomed just at the right time.Good deal all round imo. He's probably worth closer to £20M but with the buy-back/sell-on failsafes, it works out pretty well for us I think.
