anyone in the U.S. pre-order any Champions gear few weeks ago? Did it reach you yet? I think when I ordered it said ready for delivery by 23 May, I know it's only 2 days ago but my orders are always earlier than estimated. Ordered shirts for the whole family, even those who aren't big into football :D

That's because not all the items will be available, if you look closely at your original Order it would have confirmed the availability date, it was in small writing and would have easily been missed !!! For example I think it was the poznan gnomes don't come in until 01 July 2012. They email you once everything is in.

You can all tell me the ifs buts and maybes but my point is it's not good enough, I had the same issue with cup winners t shirts last year 3 months apparently they were on order - and the kids ones never came in. Surely they must expect a high demand yet there is no communication to tell you they are on back order. I'll be honest this is my biggest issue with city, I must be just lucky as the ticket office has never let me down yet.

I've treated myself to the short sleeved Away shirt (now only £15), with the Champions Badges, lettering and number 12 (adding an Extra £18).
They didn't have the Champions 11/12 Cap when I went in last, but I'll get that next time.
I decided to get the Official DVD from Amazon as it's £7 cheaper, and I'm sure City will still get their agreed Royalties. So that is pre-ordered too.
The new away kit leaked images looks cool, and will look even better with the Champions badges on.

What've you ordered just out of interest ! Too be fair from the date of order till today is roughly only 3 working days ! I suspect that possibly due to recent events they may have had a significant increase in Orders !! I do agree though that i've never had a problem with the ticket office ...

I ordered some things on the 16th for shop pick up and nothing since then. Not alone then at least. Might as well tell them to change it to #Champions13 ;)
