Manchester City v RB Leipzig – Week commencing 6th September 2021

10 ticket points** will be awarded for attending each game. Platinum members will be awarded 20 ticket points per game.

I have an idea for an incentive to improve gates at the early mid-week cup games.

Offer cup schemes to non-seasoncard holders. If they commit to going to every UCL game (or League Cup/FA Cup) they get priority for final tickets over seasoncard holders who aren't on the scheme.

I don't think the pricing makes any difference anymore tbh ,I think the absolute perfect storm of travelling in car parking ,mobile ticketing and everyone feeling disgust at our club has created a perfect storm where people have just said enough is enough it's just weekend league games from now on,
You reap what you sow city ,maybe it needs an empty stadium to re focus that it's the legacy fan they need

Correct, absolutely nothing the club can do if people can't be arsed. Hopefully everyone will be able to overcome the inconvenience of attending the game come the knockout stages

Regularly paid £31 London return when Virgin had the franchise. Wembley, Spurs and upcoming Chelsea, Avanti have never been below £95 (£63+railcard) on accessible times. They must have a lot of empty carriages.

The simplest way to get around your problems is to select the print at home option. It emails you a pdf of your ticket which you can forward to your mate without having to transfer it into their name.

I'll have a go at answering that.
League cup: They say they will move me to an equal seat to what I have now. The reality is they are selling all those seats to people not in the scheme, I'll get row 3.
Contacting the club: nigh on impossible no matter what the problem is.
Season tickets: we are a billion dollar club but have a computer system designed by an 8 year old. Why does my phone say Southampton rather than Leipzig because if there is an problem see answer above.

Need anymore ?

The system is obviously failing with all the complaints I see on here but in my case I bought 2 additional tickets for both the Norwich and Arsenal games which went straight into my wallet on my iPhone.
No problems getting us all in the stadium either.

But if you are CB3 and in the cup scheme you couldn't do that because you still don't know where you will be sat when they move you.

iv had no email confirmation of our seats yet
nor money taken out which citys website said would be the 6th on monday

but in my account page,iv just looked

Same here, it does say monies taken week commencing 6th but Friday 10th tomorrow still nothing out of bank account, checked with a few mates they're bemused as well.

Certainly not the reason for Leipzig selling slowly but if we had a new striker making his debut they’d certainly shift quickly

We have become what we laughed at and despised the rags for.
We permenantly move fans from the front for advertising revenue, permenantly move fans who were at the back of level one since the ground opened but separate them from their mates in doing do (for some bizarre reason they were never asked- just moved) we became succesful and decided we needed more corporate so moved fans, (level 2 and tunnel club)
