Sad to hear that we had a great time in Lisbon, they had a few nobheads outside the ground after game but there were a large number of blues so it went no further than name calling. We always travel as a group and stick together, hope your injuries heal soon mate.
They wouldnt have a go at numbers, absolute wankers.
I was an idiot, got off at the wrong metro stop as got mixed up.
Rabbit punched by one of a group on the steps outside the ground, was lucky it wasnt much worse really.

Cant remember a lot about the game as was concussed I think.

Normally in a group or with my lads, bit more risk alert when I am with my lads too.

A few times when we have played in Spain I’ve been sorted by people who live over there
Might be worth any blues in Spain buying the cheapest ticket you can find for one of Sevilla’s games, maybe a Cope del Rey tie, just so you have a purchase history
Shouldn’t have many problems after that getting one in the home end
Just avoid the ultras cuerva, Sevilla don’t really have a rep for trouble but every team has its lads and its places to avoid, look at the poor fellas attacked last year
We did a few coaches last time to Seville from the costs and not one bit if trouble. We even watched the game in a Seville sports pub and we cleared it as they couldn't keep up with our cheering and chanting.

Correct.

Seville are hunted down all over Europe by Slask Wroclaw after they kicked the shit out of their scarfers at a Euro game. Seville attacked a City pub the last time we played there.

There are a lot of Southern European rats, you have to be very careful as anyone is fair game if they have numbers / weapons.

I was on my own and got attacked by Sporting Lisbon *Ultras* outside the ground in Feb and got 7 broken ribs, 2 serious.Still in a lot of pain.
Sorry to hear you got attacked by shithouses mate, what sort of scumbags pick out a bloke on his own, fucking cowards, hope your on the mend. Those Polish lads did the Seville lot in Manchester, me mam walked past it kicking off in town.

Don't remember a lot of game myself nowt to do with concussion mind more super bock induced, some great goals though watched rerun in couch bar after game so saw a bit more than looking through that bloody netting.

Ah shit, forgot all about that, they got monstered and battered by Warsaw’s firm when they were in Shambles Square a few years ago prior to playing united in the Thursday cup. There were videos of the Polish lads turning up and kicking the shit out of them at Sinclair’s
Any European away is potentially moody. Probably the worst are the ones where you think it’s ‘safe’ and drop your guard, as opposed to say Napoli where you are always vigilant and looking over your shoulder

Rangers at Napoli will be fun. Anyone who went to Napoli away will have been involved in the military style operation to get City fans to and from the ground. The fleet of buses went around the outskirts of the city. 45 minutes each way. Walked off and on the buses inside the stadium compound protected by Police officers with shields. Kept behind after the game for well over an hour.

Went with the Mrs. Napoli Ultras were coming in and out of a British bar where we were drinking looking for City fans a couple of days before the match. About 40 of them stood outside. Thankfully there were no City fans inside the pub or around the area at the time. The Ultras looked at me and the Mrs a few times. Thankfully I can speak Hungarian, so I would have thrown them.

On the day of the match City fans were told to gather near to the bus station. Napoli Ultras were riding past on mopeds throughout the day. Thankfully there were loads of Police parked up near by, so nothing happened. TBH, City had a good set of lads over there, so if it would have kicked off, City would have been up for it.

The taxi ride from the airport to the hotel was an absolute blast. Weaving in and out of traffic. Nearly bumping into other cars. Cutting other cars up. Jumping red lights. Etc.The Mrs was shitting it. I gave the taxi driver a good tip. Loved it.

I’d definitely go back to Naples again. A very interesting City. Loads to see and do. A bit edgy and rundown, especially in the rougher areas on the edges of the city centre, but a great trip as long as you keep your wits about you. Whatever you do, don’t try and make your own way to the ground. It’s rough as f*ck around the ground, and not somewhere you’d want to end up or get lost after the match.
