I assume UEFA are working out the fixtures so the Pot 1 matchups are covered across the 16 weeks.

UEFA won't want PSG-City and Liverpool-Real Madrid on the same week/night.

It wasn’t so much the asking of a question which amused me. It was the implied criticism of the answer before you knew it.

Anyway, I apologise for my rudeness.

Seems kinda dumb tbh. Wins should be 3rd, disciplinary points should be higher. Away goals means nothing. The hypothetical context of City scoring against Sporting CP (A) but a team like Celtic scoring against Man City (A) would count the same, so it doesn't really provide context as to who deserves the more points and go through to the next round.

1st plays 16th, 8th plays 9th in the next round (I think)
