Champions League Draw | QF - Bayern Munich | SF - Real Madrid

A tie we should be euphoric about.
Really looking forward to these games for so many reasons.
If (and it's a big if) we go through, what a chance to get revenge over Real Madrid.
Don't think City would be the team anyone would have wanted to be drawn against...

Nah. This season I really would love Gundo, Kev, Bernie, Phil et al to win the Champions League. It would cement our status once and for all as best team in the world .
 
how many points do we reckon the Bayern away will go down to?

I get the feeling Nagelsmann won't play him at the Etihad. Avoid the distraction. Plus he'll want his best defensive players in the lineup so that they aren't facing an uphill battle at home. Cancelo is not one of those players.

Couldn't have been a tougher draw (both QF but SF too), but to win the champions league, we have to beat the best so hopefully we rise to the challenge. It's a disadvantage playing away second (like Madrid last year), so we've got to take our chances early and be clinical

Yeah kinda. I had wished for a more simpler draw, I'd have preferred one of the Milan teams and I'd definitely have preferred to be on the other side of the bracket but I always enjoy battling with Real Madrid. There's more prestige in battling with them than going through the rather mediocre Milan teams or even Benfica who are in top form. I don't fear Real Madrid at all. They are big favourites probably but I don't fear them at all.

Totally agree, I genuinely belief that if we beat Bayern we will go on to win the C. L. much prefer to meet Madrid and Bayern over two legs and also at home in the second leg,to Madrid
