Couldn’t really be any harder but better now than in final for me.
we have gone inverted full back in just about every game this season to create overload in midfield and control the game. I fully expect we will do it again.Bayern have conceded in 1 of their games in the Champs this season. Shut out Barca, Inter and PSG in the 6 games vs them.
Think you can boil us progressing down to if Kev turns up or not. And if we can deal with a counter attack which includes Sane and Mane. We go inverted fullback vs them we're fucked
Probably deserves it's own thread.Quite a few over the years mate, but I don't think this is the place to discuss them.
The impetus of that game changed when Walker went off after 70 minutes. Their pace down the wings is what did us in the end...But year before Chelsea knocked them out and are 6/5 to do so again.
We had them in the palm of out hands until Pep brought on Fernandinho and they took advantage of us sitting back for the last 5.
Nailed it !Neither did the 3 teams who did go through.
It isn't hard to understand but I know some people struggled with the away goals rule like Pellegrini.
Why didn’t we put in a clause in the Cancelo deal that he can’t play against us ffs..

Has Cancelo been playing on the left or the right since joining Bayern? I haven't seen him in action for them yet.He can’t get a start for them anyway, so it doesn’t matter.
But also IIRC UEFA banned these clauses after the Courtois fiasco with Chelsea/Atletico Madrid.
Anyway, Foden vs Cancelo on that flank? I’m picking Foden 10 times out of 10.
