Already is, I bought 2 using my season ticket a few hours ago and then it let me buy another 2 when I assigned to my cousin's matchday membership.

Yeah it looks that way. To be fair I got shafted for the Madrid semi so I'll take it (had tickets in my basket for me and 2 members but wasn't allowed to checkout because it was incorrectly saying we weren't eligible)

I went there for the Aguero event you won't be missing much.

I went to the Aguero event and thought it was great! Beer on the pricey side though and lengthy queues at times.
