Ok but Kyle played a stormer against Madrid, and this lot play on the counter.

But no real pace. I may’ve personally preferred Kyle to start but I understand the decision.

Very harsh on Walker. Been impeccable recently. Only Gundogan and Stones better.

Been one of the in form players in the last few weeks.

Unsure it is the correct decision.

He is fundamental in playing a high line.

Until we had to play a series of excellent speedy Right Wingers ( Vinicius and Rashford), Akanji was preferred as the RCB. Ake's injury and the speed of the opposition brought Kyle in. He was great. Yes. But so has Akanji and AKe.

No wrong decision in my opinion

Blues, Inter will be shitehousing and leaving one on all of our players from the opening whistle, likely with nary a foul from the ref to discourage it.

We’ll probably be penalised for getting our ankles/shins in the way of their studs a few times. And they’ll fall down when any of ours even so much as fleetingly considers the existence of opposition players.

They’ll be time wasting on every goal kick, free kick, and cheap kick. They’ll kick the ball away, kick away our lads’ balls, and go away with the ball at every chance.

How is it left field? We have won some great games without him..

We were lucky at home to Bayern when he was out, they skinned us down what would have been his side numerous times. Fortunately Leroy didn’t punish us.

Walker on the bench, really don’t like that. He’s been great in recent games. Why does Pep always have to do something out of left field.

You’re crazy if you think that’s out of left field. Walker only started playing again because we were facing pacy wingers. Inter don’t have any, so we get more upside from having Ake and Akanji as they are better on the ball and we know we don’t need to compromise our ball-playing ability when there are no pacy wingers to shut down.

Not convinced, Walker and Stones have a great understanding. Maybe it won’t matter. We will soon find out.

Ake and akanji played against Bayern who had crazy pace and we survived
