There’s surprisingly few pubs in town that show football for a city this size.

For the Chelsea final virtually everywhere that was showing it was doing advance bookings only and were nearly all booked out well in advance.

Why the fuck did city book the weekend for the same date as the champions league final.

I had tickets for his gig for years. He was meant to be on at the MEN 2-3 years ago but it was cancelled due to COVID.

When it was cancelled he put in a new date for autumn last year but that also got cancelled because along came another album/tour but he wanted to do it in stadiums. I think the June date at the Etihad was announced nearly 2 years ago so way before they could of known the final date.

Thankfully I didn't buy new tickets for his Etihad gig and got my money back which is obviously good as I'm now busy doing something else...!
