Wouldn't need a ticket if at the swamp, 3 kicks and the door opens!Any where in the UK really.
Hampden Park, Millenium Stadium, St James, Emirates, even Old Trafford (piss funny if we won it there).
It is also a an advantage to Chelsea as their preparations mean training at their own training ground and staying at their regular hotel (if they do the night before a home game)Someone said that Wembley is being used but the Cardiff Milleniun isn’t is it?
Let’s face it if it turns out to be City (the best team in the land in all the world) v Chelsea it wouldn’t be fair to our fans to have to travel to London when Chelsea fans are already there!? ;-)
Wembley is like a home game for us these days.It is also a an advantage to Chelsea as their preparations mean training at their own training ground and staying at their regular hotel (if they do the night before a home game)
Where City players have to travel down and train in unfamiliar facilities / hotel etc while Chelsea enjoy their home comforts
"We are going to see how much fans matter to UEFA, that is certain" (fuck all sir)The sensible thing to do if City and Chelsea reach the final is to play the game at Wembley, trials have already been done, fans have attended games and it would not mean the mass transit of thousands of fans across a continent packed into flying steel tubes. That may mean the UEFA planned jollies for their bigwigs and sponsors are changed though and will UEFA put bigwigs and sponsors before the safety of fans in the middle of a worldwide pandemic, no will they fuck.
Totally different scenario when Covid is a factor Finals never ever get moved to suit teams who qualify and it is ridiculous complaining about it.
Same with the FA cup semis traditionally played like the final in London, we had a long period when they were not fixed, and now they are fixed in London again. But every time two teams close to each other up north are due to play each other there is a talk sport type debate about what 'should' happen. The only way to stop it is to boycott but it will never happen. The £64 at Arsenal for example, fans turns up protesting with bedsheets but paid the £64, and therefore endorsing the ridiculous pricing the best way possible.
