Mine says not active as well but I did read somewhere that you need to have the bluetooth switched on when scanning your ticket in so maybe it's only "active" at that point?Ive pressed keep but says ticket not active

From the YouTube video it links you to it looks like the first line of stewards at the ground will activate the ticket. You can then use it at the turnstile, it’s going to be a drag to get inIve pressed keep but says ticket not active

Transferred mine to my mate just now and he got the email, registered and it's now showing in his app and I got an email/notification to say it had transferred successfully.Got the email with my tickets on. Anyone had to use the transfer button yet? Does the recipient have to have already downloaded the app to receive their ticket?
