Ive pressed keep but says ticket not active

Mine says not active as well but I did read somewhere that you need to have the bluetooth switched on when scanning your ticket in so maybe it's only "active" at that point?

From the YouTube video it links you to it looks like the first line of stewards at the ground will activate the ticket. You can then use it at the turnstile, it’s going to be a drag to get in

No email but they are in the Uefa ticket app. I didn't even need the email access code to login to the ticket account.

Transferred mine to my mate just now and he got the email, registered and it's now showing in his app and I got an email/notification to say it had transferred successfully.
