Champions League Final | Tickets - City Official Package + UEFA Tickets | 2022 Final (pg 1033)

Not a chance the game gets moved, what should've been a glorious weekend in Istanbul for around 20,000 blues will be played in front of probably 3,000 blues maximum who've jumped through hoops and great expense to get there.
Shame UEFA won't listen or change the location, but it's there Premier competition being played by 2 teams who tried to fuck them over.

My work have confirmed I can work from Home to self isolate on return and will fund the testing for 5 day release
Happy days !!!!
Watch it be Villa Park now !!! Which actually makes sense but not the euro final we all dreamed of !!!!

Someone on the radio said something yesterday and i tend to agree. From a players perspective, the whole build up, travel on a plane, training at the ground before the final in Istanbul will be a real experience. Now switch it to wembley and it loses a bit of the glamour and sparkle and i tend to agree with that. It would certainly make it better for fans, but from a players perspective i bet they have had enough of Wembley and will love the experience of it being in istanbul.
Would somewhere like Hampden Park not do that though?

Wembley is already out of the question due to the playoffs.

It's mad the excuses they're using to not move this game. The people run football are so out of touch it's scary.

I've said many times over the years that the people that get to run football are mostly incompetent. It's an absolute disgrace how bad (and, often, corrupt) they are.

No good reason exists not to move the UCL final in the current circumstances. The rank stupidity of it all actually makes my blood boil. Even my wife, who hates football has been moved to comment strongly on this one.

In view of the fact that City don't seem to want it to be moved what chance do the fans have of getting it moved? I must admit that I am a tad disappointed in City.
I know that someone has said that for the players Wembley might not be special enough or a change but surely the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff could be utilised? JMHO
