According to one of my contacts who sponsor CL the UK arm decided some time ago not to take an allocation of tickets due to safety, I wonder if they change venue to the UK they may change their minds but that might mean other country offices might have to disappoint people. Uefa might listen more to their big sponsors than the UK government especially if they say they have got all their flights and accommodation organised, lots of 5 star hotels show no rooms available still

Why would Galatasaray be getting any money?
Its the Turkish national stadium. Nothing to do with Galatasaray.
