wiki says m2 metro line runs through the night from yenikapi to near taksimI won't be rebooking.
I have looked and it's an hour walk from yenikapi to taksim so worst comes to the worst can walk it.
I'll be on my own though so will hopefully be able to get a taxi or walk back with a load of others.

I’m going Pegasus Wednesday and the website says online check in not allowed online and no info giving help.Checked in my departure flight wait today to check in my return probably do it tomorrow
My next door neighbour is from Istanbul and flys Pegasus a lot he says just go to airport early check in then.
