Madrid should have scored 5 or 6 goals they controlled the game and had Liverpool exactly where they wanted them. Yes Liverpool started their usual early 20 minute pressure period but Madrid didn't look concerned at all.I've been away in North Lakes for the Bank Holiday weekend so haven't seen any of the game at all. But reading the match reports and a little social media it seems that if it wasn't for Salah going off injured and the keeper fucking up, Liverpool would have won the match.

Clearly losing Salah was a blow but I think people seriously underestimate this Madrid side they know how to win.
The fact Ronaldo wasn't really involved and they still won says it all.
Madrid scored a goal just before half time that was marginally offside (probably onside if Liverpool scored it at Anfield). Isco missed an absolute sitter start of 2nd half. Ronaldo in his only involvement missed a one on one as he was too slow and got tackled by Robertson. Bale was greedy near the end and could have squared one for Ronaldo.Ah, thanks.
